  - Purpose of provision: guidance and public relations on disaster psychological recovery support and surveys on disaster damage support (survey on satisfaction with disaster psychological recovery support, etc.)
  - Items provided: Name, date of birth, address, contact number
  - Holding period: 3 years from the date of application

4. Matters concerning the provision of personal and sensitive information to third parties;
 - Recipients: Mental Health Welfare Centers, medical institutions for the above purposes.
 - Purpose of provision: Provision and guidance of services linked to psychotherapy
 - Items provided: Name, date of birth, address, contact information, mental health information
 - Retention period: 10 years from the date of delivery
